***NOTE Close Phoenix before starting uninstallation or installation of Data Package.
If Install Shield Wizard for some reason doesn't automatically remove the previous version of
Data Package go to Start menu->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs, then uninstall
RM-99 Phone Data Package.
